Begin installation

You should run a diagnostics check on potential errors with iTunes. iTunes help menu to diagnostics it checks potential errors. If this doesn’t work you can contact Apple support. You may not need to reinstall for the error it might be in sleep mode. For example, sometimes software on devices not used for awhile will act up not always it can depend on the data usage also that can cause other errors on devices. Diagnostics is best may be best answer after it runs it will tell any issues or errors on the device when it scans it. It will said update on any problems when it’s done.
